2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as account details, temperature readings, symptoms, and household profile information. We also collect technical information automatically, including device identifiers, IP address, app interactions, and approximate location.

Health-related information you enter into our apps (e.g., temperature, symptoms, medications) is treated with heightened care and protected according to applicable laws including HIPAA where relevant.

We do not sell personally identifiable information (PII) or protected health information (PHI). Insights shared with partners are derived from de-identified, aggregated data only.

4. How We Share Information

We share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the Services under strict confidentiality and security obligations. We may share de-identified, aggregated data with research, public health, and commercial partners for population-level illness intelligence.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

5. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

No system is perfectly secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords, keep your devices updated, and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

6. Your Choices and Rights
